Kobus holds a qualification as a construction project manager from the University of Pretoria, an MBA from the University of the Free State and he is a Scheduling Professional accredited through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
His experience in assisting clients as a professional planner, senior project manager and construction contract expert spans over 15 years during which time he’s assisted numerous project teams and companies with complex, construction schedules, disputes or claims. He is one of the foremost forensic experts in delay analysis and claims. He is a leading contributor of commercially related articles which seek to clarify the complexities of construction scheduling and contracts in order to help contractors, subcontractors and professionals find clarity in the complexity of this science.
